Hi, Im Harriett, Im passionate about helping people connect to their body.

I was initially introduced to Yoga whilst training at The Mountview Academy of Theatre Arts; having never been a typical sporty girl... quite the antithesis really! My initial experience of yoga was uncomfortable and frustrating.. however after a few more sessions, something clicked... and it became a hugely important part of my daily life. Connection to breath, flexibility and strength all came in their own time and in the spring of 2017 I trained to become a yoga teacher with Yoga London.

As I deep dived into teacher training, the world of healing and alternative therapies opened up to me and I was introduced to the ancient, therapeutic practice of Reflexology. After being blown away by the results of a few treatments, I trained with The London School of Reflexology in the Autumn of 2018.

I am trained in Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga and Yin Yoga. With 200 Hours Ashtanga Vinyasa Teacher (Yoga London) and 50 Hours Yin Yoga and The Chakra System (The Yoga People). So wether you're looking to work up a sweat or seek deep relaxation, my classes cater to a wide range of styles.

Whichever pace you prefer, my teaching style is rooted in making yoga work for you and your body; exploring the biomechanics of your own personal anatomy to help you feel confident and empowered in the way your body is meant to move.

Yoga can be used tool to heal injury, physical and emotional trauma and offer you a sanctuary from the pressures of day to day life.

Reflexology

Reflexology is an ancient, therapeutic practice of massage. During a treatment reflexes in the feet or hands are stimulated to promote balance and healing within the body.

Reflexology can help to increase neural pathways, boost immunity and increase circulation. Fundamentally it is a relaxing therapy that can help to relax the body and bring it back into a state of balance.
