harriett hare. about me.

Hi, Im Harriett, Im passionate about helping people connect to their body.

I was initially introduced to Yoga whilst training at The Mountview Academy of Theatre Arts; having never been a typical sporty girl... quite the antithesis really! My initial experience of yoga was uncomfortable and frustrating.. however after a few more sessions, something clicked... and it became a hugely important part of my daily life. Connection to breath, flexibility and strength all came in their own time and in the spring of 2017 I trained to become a yoga teacher with Yoga London.

As I deep dived into teacher training, the world of healing and alternative therapies opened up to me and I was introduced to the ancient, therapeutic practice of Reflexology. After being blown away by the results of a few treatments, I trained with The London School of Reflexology in the Autumn of 2018.

Reflexology is an ancient, therapeutic practice of massage. During a treatment reflexes in the feet or hands are stimulated to promote balance and healing within the body.

Reflexology can help to increase neural pathways, boost immunity and increase circulation. Fundamentally it is a relaxing therapy that can help to relax the body and bring it back into a state of balance.

I found reflexology whilst struggling with Kidney Stones, I recently had the pleasure of being interviewed by the wonderful Sally K Norton. You can hear more about my healing journey here...

Harriett Hare excels as Viola, (she) focuses on the gentleness and wit of the vulnerable young woman disguised as a boy.

Laura Kressly, My Theatre Mates

Hare's Viola is intense and exciting to watch. It's truly wonderful to see one of of Shakespeare's best leading ladies brought to life so expertly.

Jessica Grey, Theatre tourist

Without a doubt, the stand-out of the cast comes from the leading lady Viola, played by Harriett Hare. She brings life to the script and presents the part in a way I've never seen it done before. Everything about her brings up the whole production and you are unable to take your eyes off her extraordinary craft.

Rebecca Gwyther, A Younger Yheatre

I will get back to you as soon as possible.
